Product Information
Silverite™ is a protective silver paint for metal, suitable for use on surfaces with and also without rust.
Our product is ideal for metal regeneration and also adding longevity, manifesting in huge cost savings long term.
Silverite™ is a generation 4 liquid metal coating.
Silverite™ will not display rust show through if painted directly onto rust.
You do not need a primer with this product.
Surface Preparation
The surface must be clean dry and also stable, free of loose dirt and grime.
Sand down any rust spots to the best of your ability and sweep them clean before painting.
Application
Apply Silverite™ by brush, roller as well as spray applicators.
On a rusty roof, first mechanically remove all visible rust to the best of your ability before painting.
Use White Spirits, turpentine and also industrial solvents for cleaning brushes and equipment. Then rinse off the solvent with water if possible.
Coverage
Up to 10 square meters per litre, depending on the condition of the surface as well as the method of application.
Spray application achieves a better spread rate.
