PRODUCT INFORMATION
Acidamite™ is ideal for both interior and exterior applications because it is waterproof as well as UV stable. Apart from this, our product is also tough and impact resistant.
Use Acidamite™ directly on metal, concrete and wood, or over an existing paint job to protect against damage as well as the erosion caused by acids.
Acidimite™`s unique formulation renders this coating suitable for practically any acid laden environment, including fumes, occasional spillages, regular contact and also full submersion.
Apply Acidimite™ to all substrates and surfaces .
Acidimite™ boasts superior adhesive properties and is crack, peel, blister, flake as well as chip resistant.
This product is also a phenomenal water proofer and is excellent for rust aversion.
Surface preparation
It should be noted that the correct surface preparation has to be done before using the product in order for it to be most effective.
Ensure the surface is clean and free of dirt, grime, oils as well as dust
Acid eaten surfaces should be rinsed and cleared before application.
Application
mix well before use.
Apply Acidamite™ by brush, roller or spray using any size nozzle as long as it doesn’t drip.
Clean equipment well with a quality solvent or paint thinner such as turpentine.

10 square metres per litre depending on the surface and also the method of application.

Sulfuric acid ( H2SO4 ) and Sulfurous acid ( H2SO3 )
Nitric acid ( HNO3 ) and Nitrous acid ( HNO2 )
Phosphoric acid ( H3PO4 ) and Phosphorous acid ( H3PO3 )
Chloric acid ( HCIO3 ) and Perchloric acid ( HCIO4 )
Hydrobromic acid ( HBr ) and Hydroiodic acid ( HI )
Lactic acid ( C3H603 ) and Tartaric acid ( C4H606 )
Oxalic acid ( C2H204 )
Carbonic acid ( H2CO3 )
Hypochlorous acid ( HCIO )
